Liz Corah is a seasoned fitness professional with over fifteen years of experience delivering dynamic and effective group fitness and personal training. Her programs are not only effective, but invigorating and addictive. She first brought her flair to fitness after having been a professional dancer/choreographer in Southern California in 2001.

Having trained thousands of personal training clients and group fitness participants, Liz Corah's knowledge of quality programing and the human body are top notch. 

Corah's resume includes various Group Fitness formats (AFAA, Schwinn, Maddog, Peak pilates reformer, TRX, LeBarre, Bodypump, Bodycombat, 200hr RYT (Vinyasa Flow), Zumba, and many more. In addition, Corah holds a current NCSF personal training certification, a degree in Science, and CPR/AED. She has also owned and successfully operate her own fitness and dance facility for six years and was a Regional Director of Group Fitness for a major health club organization in the DC area.
